I help entrepreneurs and their startups grow through a structured program that includes coaching, training, and access to valuable resources.
After cofounding a successful financial tech startup that grew to $50M, I joined Compaq/Hewlett-Packard where I spent 15 years in sales, marketing, product development, operations, IT and general management. I created Compaq’s eCommerce business for all Latin America countries, managed operations for HP’s $8B direct business in the Americas, scaled HP’s Desktop Solutions Global Business Unit into a $450M USD global business as its VP and General Manager and successfully executed the $240M acquisition and integration of Neoware, Inc.
This acquisition reminded me of my passion for fast-moving innovation, so seven years ago I left the corporate world and have been working with startups ever since. I have judged almost a thousand tech startups at pitch competitions, coached over a hundred of them, and personally invested in a few. I currently drive Ventures & Innovation at Good Works Houston, a leading social impact accelerator, teach at several seed accelerators including OwlSpark, RED Labs and HTC, speak at Rice University’s Entrepreneurship program, and help entrepreneurs like you!
